1955 Bel Air Street Machine

The box. Not frame worthy.  

All the bits, not a lot.  

Base coat of tamiya racing green.  

Top coat of some green glitter paint I found.  

First coat of clear. I'm hoping for a smooth finish but I'm not sure it'll happen.  

Engine is ready.  

No detail at all really.  

It'll play the part though. 

Seats painted with belt decals.  

After a few coats of clear. This is what I'm going for, going to take some sanding and polishing. This is wet. 

Interior is as done as it's going to ge, it's a drag car.  

Wheels and tires. Drag set.  

Suspension added to the chassis. 

Manifolds added to the engine. 

In the alignment shop.  

We got a roller.  

Added some chrome trim. That's about as "wet" as I can make the green look.  

Coming together. 

Calling it done!  

Grump, my call name at work.
