The paintwork is done, weathering started. Interestingly at the moment the washing seems to have only a minor effect. This should change after the final coat of matt varnish. I assume it is due to the properties of Meng´s engravings. They are deeper than Tamiya or Hasegawa but not as pronounced as 1/72 Airfix kits. So the preshading from the black primer has already a deep effect which the washing only enhances a little bit.
