I collected this set, you need to do something with the lantern, there is a very thick relief.

I like to sand down canopy frames after I applied masks. The masks protect the clear areas and give you a much more realistic height of the frame. When sanding the last strokes with a fine grid you can easily sand till the paper/file contacts the masks.

I've ultimately decided to not reduce the height of the canopy frames, the Peewit masks i've used on it are actually ever so slightly too big for it, which will hopefolly alleviate the otherwise "blocky" look of the frame. Nevertheless, thank you all mates for the suggestions, there's other Hurricanes i want to build using this kit and i will try to impement your duggestions when i get around to it. Cheers!

I have collected three Hurricanes from different sets, this set is certainly the best. When I was trying to refine the Hurricane from the Zvezda, I collected a lot of information and photos, I am always ready to help, please contact.
