Lex, I would assume their utterly appalling record on human rights and their disdainful attitude to the rest of the world.

Markus and Repo, I totally agree with your views. China is definitely not the country I would like to live.
But for many years now many western manufacturers have made China the factory of the world it is today. All western technology on a silver platter. And are they concerned about human rights and the environment?
Exactly the same is now happening in India. Even Harley Davidson has some of its motorcycles made there. Six years ago I bought a NAD receiver (beautiful English brand) but.....made in China. About a half year ago bought a new Citrus press from the French brand Moulinex, also.....made in China.
Sometimes it is difficult to determine where a product or perhaps a part of it is produced in China.
My second hobby is American trains (1:87). 75% of these trains are produced in China.
As long as western manufacturers have their stuff produced in China, I only feel a little guilty when I buy a Chinese model kit.

But maybe we should leave this and let everyone free in how he / she wants to fill in the hobby 😉

Yes Lex, China Brands make great kits, i will not buy according to politics in turn.

And yes globalization, the problem does not come from the Chinese or the Japanese It is Western policy that must be questioned and the business of the web even if it has many advantages, especially for those who have small means ? because imports are expensive for consumers
