No! You couldn't replace a box art, if there are small differences! If there are differences, it is not the same kit! You'd add another "based on" kit.

I did a little research and found 4 more 66 Shelby Mustang GT 350H! Each of them have different box art and different copyright years on the box. I just added them.
Only one is level 4 - funny.

Yep your right i have seen it not just in that kit

It may have something to do whed were the kit is made
But I seen that in the case whed the gt 350 h kit its been boxed
4 different ways but still same kit

And some more don't remember what thay are now
I was in a shop that sold the same kit as level 2 and as level 4
In the beginning I thought it was 2 different kits
But found is the same just a small difference to the box
Kit no is still the same and I think time of manufacture is same to

Furtheron I think, that it depends, where the kit was sold. There are differences between North - / Southamerica or Canada. Not to talk about Europe.
Sometimes I go nuts, when I do my research.

The Level 4 kit is strange. I didn't notive that until you wrote it. I don't get, why only this should be level 4. The kit was still the same (sprues / decals / parts). Who knows.

Lol yes I am in Australia
We get revell kits from America Germany and China
But the strange thing is that
Just the other day there was a sale and I seen same kit in both boxes
I also vent to my local hobby shop and was a bit confused over the same thing and bought the level 4 kit thinking it must be a better kit

Each different boxart of a particular kit is an individual entry in the database.

I also found the Dominic charger as a 1/24 scale level 4
And 1/25 scale level 5
But that is a different kit and different box
So yes it does pay to know a bit before you buy
I got my first model in mid September last year
I had nothing to do whed models for the last 40 years
But did do a few as a kid
So I'm happy to have found scalemates
And have already learnt alot here
I still haven't got around to building anything yet
Sofare I have only bought a few models
Now got 45
I have spent lots of time doing research on them
Thats how I found scalemates

Sorry for the long delay haha, I fell away from the models for a spell. I'll try another go at it. Try to clean up some inventory. More to come! p.s. I didn't change the cover photo after all.

All good Terry i started one kit but things dident work out to good on it so I put it away for a bit
Christian did put the kit in the database whed level 4 on the box art
So I did change it on mine
Don't know how he did it
I also got a similar situation whed another kit I got

Hey guys do anyone use sandpaper pre paint and if so, what grit? I'm using acrylics with a brush.

I use 800 but if you are using a brush you can probably use 400
Or less
I'm only a beginner so you can probably get better advice
I use spray cans
I learnt lots
From hipyguy
Look him up on YouTube
He does simple builds that can be done on a small budget
Whed good results

Me too. 800 is the minimum I use for wet sanding.
After the base coat I use 1200.
