I won't be using the glue and notice that the blue in the decal striping is too pale. I'll have to paint my own stripes. 

Very basic cockpit 

Good engineering to ensure that the cabanes are properly arranged 

Good moulding on the engine, (I opened up the intake at the top). 

Looks even better with some dry-brushing 

 

 

 

 

 

I've had some problems working out how best to paint my blue stripes, with their ultra-fine, white borders. 

Masking tape and paint, masking tape and paint, masking tape and paint and repeat... 

 

Nasty gaps around the windscreen, (and it was all going so, so well); 

Gaps filled with Kristal Klear, simply because I had it to hand. Painted over, a good enough result. Final checks before adding the upper wing; 

Greatly assisted by Matchbox engineering...Just some rigging left to do now...
